Mr. Yetming is a retired banker and former Minister of Finance in Trinidad and Tobago. He was formerly a High Commissioner to Canada, a former Member of Parliament in both the Senate and House of Representatives, and Chairman of the Public Accounts Committee of Parliament.

He is currently Chairman of Angostura Holdings Limited, Lascelles de Mercado Limited (Jamaica), CL Financial Limited, Colonial Life Insurance Co. Limited (CLICO), and a number of other companies in Trinidad and Tobago.

Mr. Thornton graduated from Sterling University with a BA in Marketing and qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1992 with Price Waterhouse, specialising in Corporate Finance.

He has more that 16 years experience in the drinks industry where he has held senior positions in marketing and management. Mr. Thornton is currently the Managing Director of Lascelles de Mercado Limited (Jamaica) and Burn Stewart Distillers Limited (Scotland), in addition he is the Chief Executive Officer of CL World Brands Limited (UK) and President of Thomas Hine & Co. (France).

Mr. Thornton serves on many boards within the CL Financial drinks companies including, J. Wray & Nephew Limited, Angostura Holdings Limited and Angostura France Limited.

Mrs. Doodnath graduated from the University of the West Indies with a B. Sc in Chemistry & Industrial Chemistry and an M. Sc in Food Technology.

She currently manages the production areas of the Angostura Group of Companies. Mrs. Doodnath has more than 30 years working experience at Angostura, holding senior management positions in the production of both the rum and bitters manufacturing processes.

Mrs. Doodnath was appointed a director of Angostura Holdings Limited in 2010. Mrs. Doodnath serves as a director on the boards of Trinidad Distillers Limited, Angostura Limited, St. Lucia Distillers Limited and the West Indies Rum and Spirits Producers Association.

Mr. Teixeira is the holder of an MBA from the University of Western Ontario and a Bachelor of Commerce from Dalhousie University.

He has considerable experience in marketing, distribution and finance gained through his 25 year tenure with the Neal and Massy Group where he worked throughout the Caribbean. Prior to joining Neal and Massy, he was employed in the financial sector for over 25 years.

Mr. Teixeira was appointed as a director on the board of Angostura Holdings Limited in 2009 and serves as the Chairman of the Audit Committee and is a member of the HR Committee.

Ms. John is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants and graduated as a Chartered Certified Accountant in 1979.

She was appointed Finance Director of Colonial Life Insurance Company Limited (CLICO) in 2009 and has more than 30 years experience in the financial sector. She is currently the Managing Director (Ag.) at CLICO. Prior to this she was an insurance industry executive and consultant and served on many company boards as a director.

Ms. John was appointed as a director on the board of Angostura Holdings Limited in 2009 and serves as a member of the Audit Committee.

Mr. Holder graduated from the University of Toronto with a BA in Economics and holds an MBA from Henley Management College.

He has more that 26 years experience in the banking industry where he has held senior positions in management. Mr. Holder is currently the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of CL Financial Limited. Prior to this he held the position of Executive Director at the Trinidad and Tobago Unit Trust Corporation for 4 years.

Mr. Holder serves on many boards within CL Financial Limited including, Lascelles de Mercado & Co Limited, Angostura Holdings Limited and CLICO Holdings Barbados Limited.

Mr. Boodhai is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants and is the holder of an MBA (Finance) from Henley Management College.

He is currently Managing Director and CEO of Intercommercial Bank Limited in Trinidad and serves as a director on the board of Colonial Life Insurance Company Limited (CLICO). Mr. Boodhai has more than 20 years experience in finance, accounting and management in the banking industry. Prior to this he was the CEO of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Trinidad and Tobago for 3 years.

Mr. Boodhai was appointed as a director on the board of Angostura Holdings Limited in 2010 and currently serves as a member of the Audit Committee and the HR Committee.
